Assessment projects are fixed-fee ($1,500–$3,000 depending on organization size). Implementation projects are fixed-fee scoped after the assessment — you know the total cost before work begins. Ongoing support is monthly retainer-based (starting at $500/month) with a 90-day minimum commitment. We do not bill hourly for implementation work.
