Welcome to RyteTechs (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a Microsoft Solutions Partner headquartered at 306 W Redwood St, Suite 201, Baltimore, MD 21201. We provide enterprise-grade Microsoft Azure AI, cloud migration, cybersecurity, application development, data analytics, and IT training services to organizations across the DC Metro area and nationwide.
This Privacy Policy explains how RyteTechs collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information obtained through our website (rytetechs.com), client portal, training programs, and related services. By using our Site or Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

- Payment information: billing details processed securely by our third-party payment processors. RyteTechs does not store raw credit card numbers.

3.3 Information from Microsoft and Third-Party Integrations
Because our services are built exclusively within the Microsoft ecosystem, project delivery may require limited access to your Microsoft tenant environment. Any data accessed in your tenant is used solely to deliver the agreed services and is governed by a signed Statement of Work and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement.
4 How We Use Your Information
RyteTechs uses collected information to:
- Deliver Services — perform cloud migrations, Azure AI deployments, cybersecurity configurations, application development, and training programs.
- Respond to Inquiries — answer consultation requests, provide project proposals, and follow up on support tickets.
- Send Relevant Communications — share Microsoft tech tips, training discounts, and industry insights to subscribers who have opted in.
- Improve Our Website — analyze usage trends, diagnose technical issues, and optimize content and navigation.
- Billing and Administration — process payments, issue invoices, and maintain engagement records.
- Legal Compliance — meet contractual, regulatory, and law enforcement obligations.
- Security and Fraud Prevention — protect our systems, client environments, and users from unauthorized access.

- Microsoft and Authorized Partners — as a Microsoft Solutions Partner, certain service data is shared with Microsoft to provision Azure, Microsoft 365, or Fabric licenses.

- Legal Requirements — when disclosure is required by court order, subpoena, or applicable law, or when necessary to protect the safety of our clients or the public.
- Business Transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal data may transfer to the successor entity under equivalent privacy protections.
6 Data Security
RyteTechs maintains security practices consistent with our role as a cybersecurity and compliance service provider. Safeguards include:
- SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit
- Access controls limiting personal data to authorized personnel with role-based permissions
- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Incident response procedures aligned with industry standards
- Encryption of sensitive data fields (e.g., payment information, social security numbers) at rest

9 Regulated Industry Commitments
RyteTechs serves clients in regulated sectors and maintains the following commitments:
- HIPAA (Healthcare) — for healthcare clients, we execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and ensure all Azure environments are configured for HIPAA compliance.
- CMMC (Government Contractors) — for defense and GovCon clients, we align implementations to Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification requirements.
10 Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce contracts.
- Client project records: generally retained for 7 years following engagement completion.
- Training records: retained for 3 years to support certification verification.
- Marketing contact data: retained until you opt out.

Our Services are directed to businesses and adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
